March 15, 2026, overdue billing deadline has arrived, I did send out reminder notices to the 18 households that hadn’t yet responded to the initial January 1 mailing.
A sincere thank‑you to the 79 homes that have already contributed all or part of this year’s maintenance fee. Your timely support helps keep our detention basin functioning safely, cleanly, and reliably for the entire community.
As a side note, our biweekly mowing costs have increased from $150 per mow to $200 per mow. This is one of the core expenses covered by the annual fee, and your participation ensures we can continue maintaining the basin to the standards required.
