Who: Residents from Tree Tops Development, this event is suitable for adults and teenagers. Parents, please attend with your children.
What: Clean Up day in the Tree Tops Detention Basin.
Tasks to accomplish:
- Removal of sticks, leaves and debris left behind from the winter
- Pulling of saplings from the detention basin
- Placement of Rip Rap Rock – erosion control around the water inlet pipes
- Mulching of pollinator bushes
When: 9:00 AM till 11:30 AM approximately. There will be a sign-in table at the top near Sycamore Rd. Some coffee and snacks will be available.
Rain Date – will be the following Saturday Apr 25th.
Please bring along equipment that would be helpful: Wheel barrels, leave and lawn rakes, leaf blowers, gloves, paper leaf bags – I will have some of these supplies, but additions are helpful.
Where: Tree Tops Detention Basin, corner of Hill Rd and Sycamore Lane.
Why: Getting the Detention readying for the spring mowing season and completion of inspection item requirements. Participants will earn $20/hour toward the following years maintenance dues. If there are a few non-deeded participants, check in with me for other payment options.
